The Institute will also release the merit list of top 50 candidates who secure a minimum of 55% in the CA Final Exam.

In addition, candidates may also check the merit list (candidates securing a minimum of 55% and above marks and up to the maximum of 50th Rank in the case of Final Examination in accordance with the decision of the Examination Committee) on all India basis will also be released.

ICAI (CA CPT) Result 2017-18 : The result of the Chartered Accountants Final Examination held in November 2017 and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) held in December 2017 are likely to be declared on Wednesday, the 17th January 2018 around 2.00 P.M. and the same as well as the merit list (candidates securing a minimum of 55% and above marks and upto the maximum of 50th Rank in the case of Final Examination in accordance with the decision of the Examination Committee) on all India basis will be available on the following websites:

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Examination Results can be viewed online at icai.nic.in. However, to check the result online please follow the steps below.

·         First: Open your web browser.

·         Second: Type URL  icai.nic.in or caresults.nic.in.

·         Third: Click on  CA Result November 2017 OR CPT Result December 2017.

·         Now icaiexam result form will open.

·         Either: Enter your 6 Digit Roll Number to check your results

OR Enter Registration No.

·         In both cases enter the text as shown in the below box (captcha) .

·         Finally, click on Submit button.

·         Now View or Download your Result and take print for further use.

ICAI also issues CA CPT result card 2017 to all qualified candidates. Mark sheet/Result card of CA CPT 2017 will be made available within two weeks of the announcement of the result, i.e. by the end of the month of January 2018. Candidates can obtain their mark sheet for CA CPT December exam 2017 in online mode through the official link provided here. The result card of CA CPT 2017will be available on registered accounts of qualified candidates. Moreover, the candidates who will obtain a minimum of 70 % marks in the CA CPT June exam 2017 will be issued “Pass with Distinction” certificate as well along with their CA CPT 2017 mark sheet or result card.

Candidates who will appear for CA CPT 2017 on December 17 will need to obtain minimum qualifying marks in order to qualify the entry-level examination of Chartered Accountancy. The cutoff of CA CPT 2017 is determined by ICAI. The CA CPT 2017 cut off marks is applicable both section-wise and overall cutoff marks.
